On this page you´ll be able to make a reservation at a left luggage with lockers located next to Plaça de Catalunya right in the city centre of Barcelona.

Bookings must be made at least 1 day before the date you´ll use the service for the left luggage to reserve you the lockers you booked.
Once at the left luggage locker facility, make sure to show to the left luggage staff your confirmation voucher from your mobile phone or to print it out. It will enable the staff to locate your booking and your reserved locker for your bags and to apply your discount on the price you´ll pay at the left luggage.
Note that bookings must me made at least 1 day before you´ll use the service.
When checking in at the locker facility, you´ll be given a ticket. Make sure to keep this ticket safely as you´ll need it to collect your items from your locker.
You will pay directly at the left luggage for the locker service after leaving your luggage in your locker.
You can store any item from suitcases, to bags, shopping bags, ski equipment, aquatic equipment, bikes, etc.

The left luggage is located next to Plaça de Catalunya, the main square of the city, right in the city centre of Barcelona.
Left luggage walking distance from Plaça de Catalunya: 130 metres, 2 min walk.
Plaça de Catalunya is located in between the famous Las Ramblas and the Paseo de Gracia avenue where La Pedrera and Casa Batllo Gaudi buildings are located. The exact address of the luggage storage facility will be sent to you via email when you make your reservation.

Monday - Sunday: 08:30 - 21:30Make sure to be at the lockers facility at least 10 minutes before the closing time to pick up or drop off your luggage. The left luggage does not accept any liability whatsoever in the event that the left luggage is closed.
Left luggage is open 364 days a year and closed on December 25th.

Storage for big items
Big items are stored in a storage room, only accessible by staff members, therefore there is no limits in terms of width, height or depth.
Big items that can be stored included bikes, surfboards, ski, snow boards, surf boards, etc.

The Spainbookers discount is for each locker you book and will only be applied at the left luggage if you present your voucher number.
You will also need to present your voucher number for the staff member to identify your booking and your reserved lockers. If you do not present your voucher at the left luggage, the staff will not be able to find your reservation and therefore may not be able to leave your luggage.
Therefore it is very important to ensure to bring the voucher with you and present it at the left luggage reception to ensure your reserved locker is found and that you will get your discount off the price.

You will need to show your Spainbookers confirmation voucher to the left luggage staff for them to locate your booking and your reserved lockers and to apply your discount on the price you´ll pay at the left luggage.

Prices are charged by the number of calendar days you´ll use the lockers.
Whether you use the locker for 30 minutes of for 10 hours during the same day, you will pay the same price for 1 day.
If you start using a locker on Day 1 and come back to pick up your luggage on Day 2, you will be charged for 2 days of locker use, regardless of the start and end time.
Eg: if you leave your luggage in a locker on Monday at 10:00, whether you come back to pick up your luggage on Tuesday at 09:00, or on Tuesday at 19:00, you will be charged for 2 days of locker use.
When to make your reservation for your locker
You can book as far in advance is you like. The left luggage encourages customers to book well in advance so that they can organize better the reserved lockers.
Bookings must be made at least 1 day before the date you´ll use the service so that the left luggage is able to reserve you the lockers you booked. You won´t be able to book for the same day.

How to use the locker service
1. Show your confirmation voucher when you arrive at the left luggage facility. The left luggage staff will use your voucher number to identify your booking and your reserved lockers.
2. Pay for your locker at the left luggage. Your discount will be automatically applied to the price you´ll pay upon showing your voucher.
You will be given a payment receipt on which you´ll have your locker number, the telephone number, address and opening times of the left luggage. Make sure to keep it safely as you´ll need the receipt to come back to pick up your luggage.
3. The left luggage staff will take you to your locker and explain you how to securely lock it with a personal code.
4. Put your luggage or bags in the locker and lock your locker with a personal code.

5. When you come back to pick up your luggage, show your receipt with your locker number to the staff.
6. Open your locker with your personal code and take back your bags.
Additional service at the left luggage facility
The users of the lockers have access to a free changing room. The changing room is particularly useful if you´re arriving from or heading to a country where the season of the year is totally different from Barcelona. You´ll be able to change from summer to winter clothes and vice versa. It is also useful if you simply want to change clothes after or before taking your flight.

Additional information
Do I have unlimited access to my locker during the day?
Yes, you will have unlimited access to your locker during the period of time you booked your locker for and during the opening hours of the locker facility.
For security reasons, the access to the facility is controlled at the entrance of the left luggage. You will need to show your payment receipt with your locker number on it every time you want to access your locker.
What types of items can I leave?
You can store any item from suitcases to bags, and shopping bags in your locker.
Big items such as ski equipment, marine equipment, bikes, etc. will be stored in a separate storage room that is only accessible by the staff of the left luggage.
Reservations of 5 lockers and more
Reservations from 5 lockers will be maintained until 12:30 (half past noon) by the left luggage. If you have booked 5 lockers or more and plan to arrive later than 12:30 at the left luggage, you will need to contact them to inform them of your arrival time at the lockers. The procedure on how to do so is explained on the voucher confirmation you´ll receive after filling out the reservation form on this page.
If you have booked 5 lockers or more and do not inform the left luggage that you´ll arrive after 12:30, the left luggage reserves the right to allocate your lockers to other travellers after 12:30.
This is to avoid several lockers to be reserved for travellers who do not show up and do not contact the left luggage to cancel instead of being allocated to travellers who actually need to store their bags.
Is the left luggage facility monitored with a closed-circuit television system?
Yes, a 24-hour closed-circuit television system monitors the left luggage facility for security reasons.
What are the payment methods accepted?
You can pay by cash or credit card when you arrive at the left luggage.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Credit cards NOT accepted: Diners, American.
How long can I store my luggage for?
You can store your luggage for the time you want. There´s no minimum or maximum limit.
What if I exceed the locker number of days I paid for when leaving my luggage?
Your locker will be automatically blocked if you had not released your locker at the end of the number of days you´ve paid for when you left your luggage for the first time. Your luggage will remain securely stored inside your locker. However, you will need to pay for the additional number of days you´ve used the locker. Once you´ve paid for the additional number of days, your locker will be automatically unblocked, and you will be able to open it with your code to take back your luggage.
How can I cancel my booking if I no longer need a locker?
If you need to cancel your booking after filling out the form below, please send an email to the left luggage facility and say you want to cancel. The email address for cancelling is indicated in the voucher confirmation you´ll receive. You must cancel your booking if you are not going to use your lockers so that they can be allocated to fellow travellers who will need the service.
How can I modify my booking if I need to change the size of the lockers I´ve initially booked?
If you need to modify your booking after filling out the form below, please email the left luggage facility and say you want to modify your booking. The email address for booking modifications is indicated in the voucher confirmation. You must send an email to the left luggage so that they can reserve you a different locker of the size you need and allocate the locker you no longer need to another person.
