Welcome to the customer services page. Please note that Spainbookers has two separate divisions which are: The Hotels Division and the Tours and Activities Division. Please ensure to direct your enquiry to the correct division if you have any questions about your booking.
Before you call us please make sure to have your booking details ready including your Itinerary number. When you make your hotel bookings with Spainbookers you will be sent a copy of your booking to your email address within a few minutes of placing your order. If you do not see the email with your booking summary please first check your Junk/SPAM folder because many times emails are incorrectly filtered into these folders by mistake. If you have not received your booking confirmation after a few hours then please contact our customer services centre. When you contact us either by phone or email ensure to provide the following details:
Full name of the person that made the reservation.
Your address and contact telephone number.
The name of the hotel, the city, and dates for the booking.
The email address you made the booking with.

Please press option 1 when you receive our customer services answering service. Refunds can only be made by calling our customer services numbers shown above. For security purposes we are unfortunately unable to process refunds by email or through our webform. Please note if you request a refund it will take 10 working days after your request for it to reach your credit card. Before your call please make sure to have your activity itinerary number ready as we will request this before we can make the refund. The itinerary number would have been provided to you via email when you made your booking.
